At Barkham we support a number of individuals and mission agencies in the work of spreading the good news of Jesus, mainly by funding and prayer. Find out more below.
Crosslinks
Crosslinks supports Christian workers across cultural and other boundaries. They co-operate with churches and mission and relief agencies, sponsor students and encourage mission links worldwide.
The Barnabas Fund
The Barnabus Fund assists persecuted Christian minorities around the world by prayer and practical support.
OMF
OMF serves the church and brings the gospel to some 12 countries in East Asia and has a pioneering ministry in others. They help place Christians to share the love of Christ with East Asians worldwide.
Oak Hill Theological College
Oak Hill is a Bible College based in London that trains men and women for ministry.
A number of members of Arborfield and Barkham Churches have left to go to Oak Hill, including Alex Richardson, Lee Furney and Matthew Sleeman (photo below).
The Plunge Pool
An Arborfield and Barkham Churches fund available to send members of our congregation into short-term mission. For example, one individual spent three months in the Gambia working with local schools and churches, as part of Crosslinks' SMILE project.
